When will I receive my order?

Orders are processed between 1-3 business days. Please make sure that your shipping information is correct when entered at checkout. Some products ship directly from third party vendors. If your order consist of items that are shipped in-house and by a third party vendor, your tracking information will be sent separately, as well as, your products. You will receive an email with your shipping information once your order has been processed and shipped. During the holidays, there may be a delay in shipping. If this occurs you will be notified through email directly and given your estimated delivery time frame. 

If you have placed a custom order your estimated shipping and delivery timeline will be provided within your invoice. 

Do you accept returns or exchanges? 

We do not accept returns or exchanges; however we do want our customers to be happy with their purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email info@kiiingcreations.com within 7 business days of receiving your order and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Do you offer commissions?
